Can the Multichiller control external pumps?
It can enable external pump, but the user has to control VFD.
How long is the factory summer shutdown?
3 weeks in August will be closed as a statutory holiday in Italy.
Where can I find unit dimensions and weights?
You can find them in the unit’s data sheet, installation manual, or AutoCad files. These are all available on aermec.us.
Are the operating limits and static pressure the same for all units?
No, each heat pump can be different, so please check for the desired size and voltage of the unit.
On an FCZ is the 4-pipe orientation a single block coil or a separate heating and cooling coil?
We can order it either way from the factory as a single coil or 2 coils.
Can I get an FCZ in a 2 or 4 pipe orientation?
The FCZ is available as both 2-pipe or 4-pipe from the factory.
What are the differences between FCX and FCZ?
1. We can order units as 4-pipe from the factory with a single coil or with a removable heating coil. 2. We have the option for a single row heating coil or double row heating coil in the FCZ(I). 3. We have the option to oversize the cooling coil in …
Can multiple NRB’s be controlled together with a single controller?
Yes with a Multichiller this is possible.
How low can an NRB chiller operate down to?
-4F (-20C) ambient for most sizes and 14F (-10C) for some sizes. Must check with Aermec representative on each selection.
What condenser coils do the NRB’s use?
Microchannel coils for the chiller and free cooling chiller, and standard coils for heat pumps.
What options are NRB’s available in?
Chiller, heat pump, free cooling chiller, partial or total heat recovery.
Can I fit a WWM through a standard 32” door?
Yes! The module can be separated into a hydronic module and mechanical module. By doing this, the WWM will fit between doors and in elevators.
Do WWM’s have a single point of power connection on multiple modules?
Yes we have the option to get the units with a BusBar from the factory.
If you have WWM modules back to back can they share the same header?
Yes, as long as the total number of modules does not go above 9.
How many WWM Modules can stack onto of each other?
You can stack WWMs 3 high depending on local codes.
